Digital Products

Most products sold by The Nova Vista are digital downloads, including planners, journals, templates, and other downloadable resources.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final.

Once your purchase has been completed and your download has been made available, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

We'll do everything we reasonably can to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Incorrect Purchases

If you believe you've purchased the wrong digital product, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund once a digital product has been delivered, we will always review each situation individually and aim to find a fair solution where possible.

Physical Products (Future)

If The Nova Vista begins selling physical products directly through this website, a separate returns policy for those products will be published here.

Unless otherwise stated, this policy currently applies only to digital products sold directly by The Nova Vista.

Third-Party & Affiliate Products

From time to time, The Nova Vista may recommend products sold by trusted third-party retailers through affiliate links.

Any purchases made through external retailers are subject to that retailer's own shipping, returns, exchanges, and refund policies.

The Nova Vista is not responsible for processing returns or refunds for products purchased from third-party websites.

Consumer Rights (European Union)

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.

However, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase where:

you have requested immediate access to the digital content;
you have expressly consented to immediate delivery; and
you acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw once delivery begins.

By purchasing a digital product from The Nova Vista, you agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel no longer applies once your download has been made available.
